It's works but eventually the pads get a dent in them from where you consistently place your wrists. It's a bit annoying now.

Holds its shape, perfect size
This keyboard palm rest and its accompanying mouse pad/palm rest both hold their shape well. The pads don't depress and sink when resting on them like other cheaper versions do. I like the slim design of the keyboard palm rest and also the kidney design of the mouse pad/palm rest (it fits nicely next to the keyboard). I'm calling them palm rests instead of wrist rests because that is how I am using them (ergonomically, it's better to rest your palms than your wrists).
